How can I return an item from an online order?

You have 30 calendar days from the purchase date to exchange or return your order.
Simply log into our returns portal and follow the instructions.

The products must be returned in their original condition, without being used, washed or damaged, and include all their labels.
For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned. 
Our swimsuits do not have a hygiene seal, so we would appreciate it if you tried them on over your underwear. If they are returned with any type of stain, they will not be accepted.

Returns and refunds may incur an additional fee depending on the shipping country and return method. The return cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.

For returns, you can reuse our double-seal shipping envelopes. If you no longer have the original packaging, you can use any other properly sealed packaging to prevent its contents from being lost.

Please note that we do not offer home pick-ups.

How and when will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method you used at the time of purchase and we will notify you by email. 

If you paid with a gift card, the refund amount will be returned as a credit to the gift card you used at the time of purchase. 

Please note that it may take up to 30 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on the payment method.
